The Allianz Foundation processes the personal data of the contact person specified in the form (including name, position, and contact details) for the purpose of reviewing the application, assessing the eligibility of the applying organisation for funding, and fulfilling documentation and audit requirements.

The legal basis for processing the personal data of the contact person is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, namely the execution of pre-contractual measures prior to entering a grant agreement and to communicate effectively with each other to ensure a smooth application procedure.

If the application is unsuccessful, the personal data of the contact person will be deleted 24 months after notification of the rejection. If funding is granted, the Allianz Foundation will retain the application form and the personal data contained therein for a period of 10 years following the end of the grant agreement.
